Unit has been leaking since the install and not sure what might have caused this issue other then there is not shut off valve on water one. Its just coming through the wall to fridge. Major for damage do to water leaking behind fridge from water line going to fridge. Has a few couplers and no shut off valve. When I was there last to look at ice maker causing big ice clumps fridge didnt need to be pulled out was on the phone with tech line. Customer or someone needs to talk to how installed unit. "Upon arrival put unit in service diagnostics mode.After running cycle,inspected bottom of unit and found loose transmission bolt.Tightened bolt And checked all connections and clamps and ran second test,found no issues at the time of service. Could not duplicate sound, informed customer every sound the unit made at the time of service is normal and that there is no issues. Job complete"
