The DELI UI is too narrow to remove with any of the suction cups I have and there is no space between the UI and drawer to get even my thinnest blade in between. Noted more frost in the FC under the drawer. The seal looks ok but some how there are still air leaks causing icing on the RH side of the FC. "Through diagnostics Ive found F9 E2, F0 E3, F8 E3, F7 E8, error codes, and through visual and physical inspection found a leaking Gearcase, and inlet valves. Metal shavings on rotor, also I was unable to break the impeller lock bolt lose, So I am recommending for replacement the following, Gearcase, tub, basket, tub filter, screw, impeller, rotor, stator, clutch, slider,inlet valves. I have also called whirlpool to document and spoke with Joe. SR 7739276937.; ordrng 1 W11172234 (Dispenser assembly) and 1 W10811960 (Basket) and 1 W10512164 (Tub) and 1 W10902814 (Impeller) and 1 W10597575 (Tub filter) and 1 WPW10109200 (Screw) and 1 W10754158 (Stator) and 1 W10754158 (Rotor) and 1 W10909670 (Spanner) and 1 W11393685 (Gearcase)"

JB out 6/11/24.Found unit unplugged upon arrival. Room temperature.Tapped sealed system and found no refrigerant.Used Nitrogen gas to locate refrigerant leak at copper cross over to Evaporator.Repaired leak on copper suction line (see quick pic photo).Installed replacement compressor.Vacuumed sealed system as required.added factory listed charge of 4.27 ounces of Refrigerant R134a.Reassembled unit.NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER JOB COMPLETE NOTE: Verified food loss and cause has been repaired.Recommend customer clean condenser coils every two months and always unplug unit before doing so

8-4 drain pump keeps running. Not a safety issue. Code is for float switch. Unit is tilted some. Could cause leak. Also cx cleans dishes before hand. Unit has major build up inside machine. Also cx told me she adds dish soap in unit because after quick wash unit has not been washed properly. Cx only ran express. .Cleaned tray where float switch is leveled and installed ran a few times cleared soap. Tested Cx instruct on use and care unit working as designed.
