"Visual and physical inspection plus a functional test was performed without issue but, The Gas company had tagged the gas valve at the house source and informed consumer that he found 2leaks 1 at the valve (which he fixed), and 1 under the burners plate (but not specifically where). So in my attempt to find a more specific leak source, Ive tried to dismantling the burners plate but couldnt (see pictures why). So have tagged all parts related to current issues and informed customer about and also told her that parts and labor moving forward, would be out her pocket. She immediately declined and said shes contacting whirlpool for further help for this subsequent repair cost. That being said, we are not ordering any parts at this moment, instead well wait for either customer or whirlpool to reach out with next steps instructions. NOTE, Please take under consideration that most of this burners screws must be drilled out for replacement. Found pressure hose disconnected. Install pressure hose to main board. Unit fractions normal.; O-emld tckt

Found pieces of plastic inside the drain hose causing after to be restricted. Unit was not draining. Removed hose and removed all plastic pieces. Reconnected drain hose and tested all ok.

Installed the new agitator assembly washing machine OK

"Not drying on sensor as good. Cx using timed dry. Checked unit and heats. Checked venting. Found cx has lint trip at end of vent with a water pipe in the way, weak airflow Removed lint trap and now ventilation is better but cx would require the louvered vent end. Refers to owners manual page 13. Checked unit now gas coils and igniter is working as designed. Cx instruct on use and care."

Customer stated that the freezer and the ice maker bin are not as cold and ice is melting. Removed and replaced evaporator fan motor tested all works good at this time.

Replaced inverter all tested good

Customer stated that the unit is leaking water. Found clogged air gap. Customer to have air gap cleaned. Fixed spray arm tested all works good at this time.

"F9E2 code, checked for clogged drain, found to be clear, reservoir was full, determined failed drain pump. Replaced pump all tested good"

Customer stated that the led light is out in fridge. Removed and replaced led module tested all works good at this time.

The under light is not coming on. I found that light bulb was not seated properly and was turning off randomly when light was on. I tightened light bulb in socket. All tests good.

"Cx stated oven is not coming on, cleaned and aligned spark electrode. Tested every step of the away as I re assembled unit. It is now working properly."

"Out of balance code. Not draining, drive belt broken. Install new drive belt, test cycle all perform properly.; used 1 Wh01x27538 (Drive belt) from stock"

Customer stated that the unit is leaking water. Found customers drain is backing up causing the leak. Fixed loose agitator. Customer to have drain cleaned. Tested all works good at this time.

"CX says the washer will not stop, had to removed power. Restored power ran test cycle, no error codes, found a bad capacitor. Replaced the cap restored power, ran a test for operation. Door lock is operational. Agitate, and spin operational. The unit is operational."

"Found torn seal, replaced seal, unit is operating as designed"

"JB out 4/8/24 Upon arrival found installer has used Thin Foil type ducting material. Recommend customer contact selling dealership to have installer return to replace the existing thin foil, ducting material with heavy aluminum or rigid galvanized, steel ducting material. Thin foil type ducting poses a potential risk for fire and possible loss of life.Customer states the dryer runs but no heat.Tested dryer in TIMED DRY cycle. Verified no heat. Inspected exhaust ducting vent hood found not restricted. Further inspection of dryer found installer had never opened the gas valve and therefore the burner did not heat the clothing. Open gas valve and tested dryer in time to dry cycle again with customer present. Verified unit now heats appropriately. no parts were needed or used. Only repair required was to open the gas supply shut off valve. No parts user needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Tested unit found valve was bad replaced valve tested unit washer is filling agitating draining and spinning per design job complete

Found bad actuator causing cam to rub replaced actuator and cam tested unit washer is working per design job complete

Customer stated that the unit stopped mid cycle. Found broken wire for drain pump. Fixed broken wire tested all works good at this time.

"Not cooling, found wire harness to relay not pushed in all the way causing it not to turn on. Tested unit working properly."

Lid lock was removed and replaced. Unit passed all test. Unit is working as intended.

"Visual and physical inspection was performed and leaded me to a freezers drawer that was left opened for an extended period of time maybe a couple of days, and created a big frost buildup (see pictures). Empting the unit and defrost for 48 hours was recommended. Then turn back on to resume normal operation."

"Fixed- add Loctite to lose agitator bolt, pop out during washing- thighten blot, agitator is now secured- job complete"

Drain line clogged. Drain line was cleared. Unit passed all test. Unit is working as intended.

Found leaks dripping from the temperature sensor because it was loose. Reinstalled the sensor and test unit of leak. Unit works fine now. Leaving dishwasher outside the cabinets just the way I met it. Complete

"Unit was squeaking, replaced wheels on unit. After repair turned unit back on and did not rotate. Checked motor and motor was working. Put back together and unit still did not work. Took it apart again and checked motor. This time was not able to get it to turn on. No prior issues with board and motor but after repair unit did not function. Visual and physical inspection was conducted and when tried functional testing the error code came back immediately.Proceeded to check harness from panel to controller and connections where tight and no signs of physical damage was observed. Complaint dispenser doesnt work. Found dispenser not working Removed and replaced with new one. Tested now working as designed.

JB out 4/6/24Customer states in auto dry cycle timer dial does not advance and will run for hours and hours. Upon arrival tested dryer in time to dry cycle. Verified timer does advance. Tested again an auto dry cycle with no clothing. Verified timer will not advance. Further inspection reveals timer contacts between T and X are not making contact and not sending 120 V to the motor in the auto dry cycle. Order replacement timer at no charge to customer covered by the manufacture warranty. ; ordrng 1 WPW10436302 (Timer)

JB out 4/6/24.Arrived at customers house. Opened box in presence of our customer. Customer pointed out a smallding on the Left side of the face of the panel and a small scratch as well.REORDERING PART; ordrng 1 W11620706 (CONTROL PANEL black and stainless steel)

Customer stated that the dishwasher will not work is flashing error code. Found air code for communication air between main control and user interface. Ordering user interface and main control. Need to get approval from landlord.; ordrng 1 5304520552 (Control) and 1 5304520582 (Console)

Washer hoses obstructed with dog hair.disassembled washer and removed dog hair and all obstructions.

Customer stated that the dryer is taking too long to dry. Ran unit on time dry cycle found unit is cycling properly. Customers also using quick And clever to use normal cycle and have vent cleaned. Fixed loose baffle. Tested all works good at this time.

"Unit is freezing food on top shelf, not making ice and moisture is collecting on top of freezer gasket between RC doors and gasket. I found that the food was freezing due to vents being blocked with food. Unit not making ice due to a frozen fill tube at ice maker. All gaskets are sealing and I need to call tech line to determine what is causing moisture since I see no reason as to why its happening. ; ordrng 1 W11087201 (heater) and 1 W10806457 (rail-mulln)"

"Interlock switches have carbon buildup curing poor connection and microwave not to start or heat up. Interlock switches were reimposed and replaced. Unit passed Al, test unit is working as intended."

Unit not washing dishes. I found voltage to wash motor but motor not running. Failed wash motor. Removed and replaced sump assy. Tested unit. All tests good. ; saved tckt

Unit has noisy damper, replaced damper control and tested unit functions as designed

Retainer not holding adjustable splines. I replaced retainer. Tested unit. All tests good.

Fixed- found gasket to be detaching/ removed bad one and then installed new one ( gasket) job complete

F0E5 present. Cx states that they havent been able to get the machine to spin without banging around. Unit has been ending cycles early because of the OOB issue and not spinning clothes out completely. I found that the basket was loosely fastened to the transmission causing excessive movement during the spin. I tightened the basket nut and retested. Unit is spinning better now. I also share some tips with cx for getting the best performance. Unit is working as designed.

Unit just sensing and then going to done. I found that the slider separated and damaged rotor. Ordering slider and rotor. ; ordrng 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W10915701 (rotor)
