Found the unit leaking from two places. The main leak is coming from the sender seal in the rear tub. There is a slight leak in the drain pump so will order and replace that as well. The unit is in a small laundry room so I informed the customer that the unit needs to be moved out of the laundry room for tub job service. She said she would do it. Requires authorization for tub job and a different issue to the error codes and failure from last service. There are no error codes stored this is a different issue.
