"Customer concern is washer just agitates and doesnt spin, I was able to get the unit into diagnostics and run a manual spin test but the motor only started up and stopped right away. Run cap tested good, ordering motor and control board as control board was covered in what looks to be poop but was not able to find any insects. Documented pictures. ; ordrng 1 W11101101 (Control board) and 1 W10623547 (Motor)"

"Upon arrival found unit with bad thermistor on the unit they reading below the temperature, was warm on the refrigerator and the thermistor shows 16 causing the damper doors closed because the low temperature.
