Inspected motor and wiring found no signs whatsoever of overheating or damage. Advise customer to reduce amount of laundry being loaded to the wash tub of this low Fill, high-efficiency classified washer. Also recommend HE only detergents and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon maximum. Unable to verify any mechanical problem.
