A lot of suds inside the tub, inquired on which dishwasher detergent they were using, they advised they havent bought any, and dont know what was used because the person that ran the unit is not home. Instructed the customer to purchase dishwasher detergent, and rinse aid. Not to use regular dish soap because it suds too much, and it leads to the unit leaking through the door. "Found that the exhaust opening outside the house is only about 3 to 4 inches wide, also noticed that the flapper gets caught against the housing. Advised customer to change the outside exhaust vent to allow more air to pass thru, the flapper getting stuck will disrupt the air flow and cause the dryer to throw an air flow code. Dryer is functioning as designed"
