"JB out 5/21/24.Customer states washing machine is flooding garage floor. Upon arrival found washing machine unplugged and pulled away from the wall. Inspected washer and found black rubber. Fill hose to hot water. Inlet connection has been leaking for a long period of time. Please see quick photograph taken. Additionally the hot water faucet coming from the wall is dripping and needs to be replaced. Plugged washer in a small amount of water. Cancel cycle and drained verified water pouring on garage floor. Opened back panel of washer and found rodent damage to main drain hose from water pump to back cover. Advise customer rodent damage is not covered under the manufacture warranty. Checking out unit why its not cooling. Found unit not cooling properly. Condenser was full of lint and needed to be vacuumed. Calling tech line to go over unit on its condition. "Customer states the unit leaks occasionally and there is water in the dispenser area. Found the top of the detergent area had mildew that could divert water. The mother said she had an identical unit that does not do that. Per Whirlpools website the dispenser could be replaced for this issue . If the issue should persist and the customer wants this part replaced I have created an estimate. I could not duplicate the leak but cleaned the glass and the dispenser area. I do not find any tears in the gasket. Being that this is intermittent I feel the most likely source is gasket bypass, suds in the dispenser or tub .. For better diagnosis of an intermittent issue it is important for the customer to try see were the water is coming from. There are many things that could cause leaks , detergent tray, door gasket , vent , detergent dosage, ect.; ordrng 1 W11524106 (Dispenser)"

Unit was unplugged. Customer plugged in the unit and it began to drain. Unit is showing a 9-1(drain error) code but the pump is draining. Checked for codes and found a 7-1(tach missing/ wrong signal). Cleared faults and ran a service test. During the service test the unit began to drain for an extended amount of time and then gave a drain error. The unit had drained and the pump is running. The unit did not stop draining even after the pressure tube was disconnected. Blowing down the tube proved there is no restriction. Unit needs a new control.; ordrng 1 W11513246 (Control)

7-5 while checking for fault codes the lid locked. There was a 7-5 code. Ran a service cycle the unit filled and drained but it did not agitate or spin. The lid did not unlock until canceled. Checked gearcase and checked for motor voltage from the control . No voltage for the motor at the control harness or connection s are shorted from oil and water leak from the gearcase. The agitator is stuck and will need to be broken off. Replaced listed parts in order to fix leaking from the front issue. Hinges were bent outward seal was warped. Tested after repair all ok.

Second shelf product temp was 37 degrees Fahrenheit. Based off set temp being 37 degrees Fahrenheit, unit operating as designed. Instructed Cx on proper food storage and advised them to keep delicate items away from vent at top shelf. Job complete."

Found the unit has a f7e5 error code and the actuator is not rotating and not able to engage. I replaced the faulty actuator and recalibrated the unit. After doing so I ran an auto test again and all functions were restored. Job completed.

Removed and replaced clip and bracket. Tested now working as designed.

Found the unit has two rollers that are not moving and a pulley that is stuck. I replaced all four rollers and the idler pulley and the noise is now longer present and the drum rotated better. I recommend the customer have there vent cleaned out for better performance. All functions tested ok after repair. Job completed. ; used 1 4392067 (Dryer repair kit) from stock
