"Unit making noise during spin and agitation. I found that the pan under washer is broken at drain that is causing the middle of the pan to bow up and rub on bottom of washer, causing noise. I lifted washer legs to get more clearance and instructed customer on damaged pan. It appears that the washer was not installed correctly, the back legs were down all the way and the front legs were up all the way also causing unit to sit not level."
