JB out 6/28/24Customer states door is very hard to open and very hard to close and door does not fit flush with front panel of cabinet. Upon arrival verify door is extremely hard to open and close. Adjusted door latch and door lubricated and tested with customer repeatedly. Door now opens and closes smoothly and satisfactory. I found door slightly misaligned. Properly adjusted door so that it fits flush with cabinet. Instructed customer about steamed dry feature. Also instructed customer about sensor cycles and timed dry cycles. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete.
