"Upon arriving and getting ready to install pre diagnosed parts and components, I found out that they have tried to operate this unit and now is locked and I am unable to unlock by all means to complete repairs. I called whirlpool and spoke with George, I have explained what the situation at hand was and he had tried a few different approaches to unlock the unit to no avail. He is recommending a new controller, lid latch, and all previously diagnosed parts. SR 7739515963.
