Found the arm of the actuator broken so the unit was stuck in spin and unable to agitate. Also the belt is loose and making a squealing sound. Can assembly saturated in oil so I didnt want that to affect the new belt. I replaced all three parts and the unit is now working properly. I verified no error codes stored. Job completed.
