"JB out 7/2/24Customer says both refrigerator and freezer are warm and everything has defrosted and food spoil. Plugged in and running refrigerator and freezer sessions are room temperature removed refrigerator from wall and inspected compressor. Found compressor not running inspected verified green LED blinking two times then pausing and repeating. This indicates , missing 3 to 6 V DC control. Tested inverter 121 supply cabinet 10 VAC. ALSO TESTED AND FOUND NO DC VOLT SIGNALUNPLUGGED REFRIGERATOR FROM POWER SUPPLY. WAITED ONE MINUTE. BACK IN. VERIFIED UNIT REBOOTED AND COMPRESSOR STARTED IMMEDIATELY. FIED UNIT HAS 120. VAC GOING TO ADVERT AND ALSO SIX.VDC SIGNAL AS REQUIRED. FLASHING GREEN LED HAS GONE OUT INDICATING PROPER INVERTER OPERATION. ORDER REPLACEMENT, POWER SUPPLY BOARD AND CONTROL BOARD.; ordrng 1 WPW10624574 (CONTROL BOARD POWER SUPPLY) and 1 WPW10675033 (HV CONTROL BOARD)"
