Call tech line and after inspection found the unit has an air gap on the top section of the freezer compartment between liner and cabinet. The recommendation from tech line is applied silicone on the gab, and reform the gasket to the right RC door because wasnt sealed properly. Readjust the gasket. This unit will need silicone to repair the problem, inform this to the customer, customer is afraid of the installation of the silicon on the unit, because customer has some medical condition that they can affect her. "Remove the old compressor for the unit and install the new one on the unit. Vacuum the unit and notice the unit start gain pressure, pressurize the system at 250 psi, after seconds the pressure starts dropping. Check the connections on the top and no leaks are present, check the evaporator and found a leak on the right side middle of the evaporator next to the heater. Inform the customer this was causing the compressor to fail and in order to the unit work back to normal, will need new evaporator replacement. Customer want to call the office and talk with EW in order to see if they can reduce the price for the repair.
