"JB out 1/27/23. Customer states food in the refrigerator or not lasting a long some freeze and some foods expire prematurely. Additionally, refrigerator door handle is loose and not even with freezer door handle. Advise customer against placing taller items on left hand top shelf in front of air damper where cold air enters refrigerator compartment from the freezer compartment. Also recommend against placing foods on the glass shelves in the refrigerator compartment against the walls. Nothing should touch the walls. Instruct customer how to remove tow panel grill and should clean condenser cause every three or four months for the life of the product. Removed refrigerator door handle reinstalled tightening properly. Properly leveled cabinet by adjusting foot brakes so the doors are now even with each other. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."
