Started a delayed cycle for 1,3, and 5 minutes unit started, found no leaks, could not duplicate concerns at this time. Went over use and care and soap dosage, possible electrical interference requiring Cx to unplug and replug unit. Advised Cx its best to leave unit in failure state if possible so diagnostics can be performed in failed state, as well, if unit faults out and rebooting unit works it could be normal operation. Advised Cx to take video or pictures of unit in failed state and to monitor unit. If issues persist advised Cx to reach out to manufacture. U it is operating as designed at this time."

Customer states the unit became very loud after I left there. They said the unit ran NON STOP all night. The said the unit started to smell like and electrical burning smell. They unplugged the unit because they feel it is unsafe and do not want this unit in their home. Currently the unit sounds normal and I can not detect an odor in the unit compartment or the FC. Called WPTS and explained what the customers issue are and that they do not feel safe with it in their home.
