"Upon arrival, replace lower wire, harness and main control board unit started to work no longer just going into drain during my inspection and diagnostics unit is making a loud grinding noise coming from the transmission. Try to remove agitator agitator is seized onto splines of transmission will need to be cut off to make this repair on the gear case Also, the drive motor was making a loud, squealing noise ordering a drive motor Shift actuator cam, spanner, not complete agitator assembly And gear case assembly will need pre-authorization Will need a two job count as well; ordrng 1 W10890624 (Drive motor) and 1 W11239857 (Drive belt) and 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 WP21366 (Spanner nut) and 1 WP3951744 (Complete agitator assembly)"

"Because some physical damages, a new complete lid assembly and hinges were replaced, after, I tried a functional testing and unit did not perform as designed. Through diagnostics I found an error code F7 E5 ( shifter fault).Lid still locked at all times and the need to unplug and replugged its a must in order to unlock the lid. Called Whirlpool support and spoke with Boyd, we checked voltages and ran diagnostics through tests 13, and 12. Installed console and water valve. Tested. Water valve and console working properly. Installed gearcase and slider. Had to break washplate off to get gearcase off. Installed new washplate. Tested. Unit is working properly. Put unit into a wash with some soap and smell good beads and extremely hot water to help wash away all the gunk I kicked up and to wash away the WD40 that may still be in unit. Instructed to allow the wash to finish all the way through.
