"Upon arrival found unit with fresh food compartment no cooling properly, check the unit and found the damper is working normal on test mode, but fan isnt. Additional found the problem to the fan no push any air to the top compartment is because the gaskets on the unit are damage and letting warm air going in to the unit causing this problem, the vent duct from freezer to fresh section is blocked with frost causing the failure. This unit will need new gaskets, fan and blade, this last two are cover by the one year warranty. ; ordrng 1 WPW10192907 (Gasket FC) and 1 8201809 (Gasket) and 1 W11671461 (Evaporator fan) and 1 WP2169142 (Blade)"
