"Upon arrival. Ice maker is turned off. Tried turning ice maker on. Ice maker wouldnt turn on. Cx pulled ice maker out. I verified outlet had no power. Breaker was tripped. Cx reset breaker and then 30 seconds into ice maker being on, breaker tripped again. Used extension cord to plug unit into different outlet on a different breaker. Unit now staying on. Cx has an issue with their outlet or circuit behind unit. Unit staying on on different outlet/breaker. Performed manual diagnostic testing. Bin thermistor ok(on/off led solid and no other lights on). Evap thermistor ok(only clean led on). Unit thermistor is ok(max ice light only light on). Water valve operational. Recirculating pump operational. No abnormal noises. Reservoir drain pump operational and no abnormal noises. When going to step 8 of manual testing(compressor/condenser fan), unit died. Could not get unit to power back on. Called techline to further diagnosis. Techline said the power cord is bad. Recommended replacing harness. SR# 7739508838. I was not confident with WPLs diag so I called DK to relay techline info and further diag. According to DK, it could be the condensation pump, control, compressor or condenser fan motor. During tests the ice maker in freezer didnt complete harvest tests. Freezer ice maker was turned off with the bail arm. Lower bail arm and unit harvested ice. Verified fill after harvest. Cx says he emptied the ice bin and it only had a1/3 of the ice in bin. Explained that it could take up to 72 hours to fill bin. Cx is also using lots of ice. Educated Cx with time it takes to harvest 6 ice cubes 2.5 -3 hours per cycle. All ice maker are working per design. I find no issues with this unit. Job completed; schdld next appmnt for 7/20 SAT !

Microwave handle was scratched. Removed and replaced handle under cosmetic warranty. All tests good.

After replacing all parts ordered the fan is now operating and the thermistor is also checking good from the control. I removed all the ice that was on the evaporator and dumped the ice container so it wouldnt leak. It will take 24 hours for temps to normalize. Job complete.
