"Upon arrival, inspected unit check temperatures temperatures were at 2° in the freezer compartment one product temperature ran a diagnostics on the icemaker icemaker did not complete cycle at one point during my inspection of the icemaker I found three cubes of ice stuck in bail arm removed ice from the bail arm tested the unit again. The unit ran through complete psycho, infield, mold with water. Also upon my arrival, I found that the switch for the icemaker on and off was set on the off position. Part of the reason why the unit was not making ice but But the ice cubes blocking the bell arm where the root cause of the problem unit is now working as intended job complete"
