Upon arrival cx stated unit is not heating properly. The thermostat they have inside it is usually 100 degrees off. Ran unit through bake cycle and unit heated to 350. Cycled unit multiple times and it heated back up with no issues every time. Unit is operating as designed. Informed cx to allow 30-45 minutes for a proper preheat to allow everything inside to heat up to the desired temperature. Also informed cx that the metal thermostats they have are typically not very accurate and get more inaccurate as it heats up and cools down over time. Job complete.

Installed new pump and unit is now fully operational. Tested all components and everything checked out.

JB OUT 2/7/23. Customer states dryer runs but does not produce any heat. Upon arrival tested dryer verified no heat. Installed General Electric diagnostic smart HQ device. Verified no rise in temperature during heat circuit test. Tested outlet verified 120 VAC on L1 0 VAC on L2. Found and reset on tripped circuit breaker. Verified 240 V now available. Ran dryer. Found no increase in temperature. Tested outlet again. Tested 0 VAC on L2. Reset circuit breaker. Second time verified 240 V available and tested for proper ground. Unit is now operating verified increase in temperature when tested in time to dry cycle. Advise customer if heat function fails again to contact a qualified electrician to investigate the potentially failed circuit breaker. Circuit breaker is not physically tripping but not delivering volt 120 VAC to L2 leg of outlet. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service call visit under the manufactures warranty. Period. Tag pre I.D.d part heater and housing assembly part number WE11X21156 as returned and sent back not needed. No charge the customer. Job complete.
