"Upon arrival inspected unit Customer stated Was off-balance last night and making a loud tapping noise around the unit and diagnostics found no error codes. I ran the same load that the consumer ran the night before in a quick cycle before I did that. I instructed the customer on how to properly load the unit ran the load, a unit, agitated and spine with no issues and no loud noises put the unit into a drain and spin. There is a tapping noise in the back, but that was the external drain hose tapping against the cabinet of the washer no pull the washer out a little bit. Unit is no longer making the tapping noise and is working as intended. All ops normal ran a factory Calibration cycle for the consumer as well job complete"
