"Customers concern was not dry time and clothes not being dried. Upon beginning inspection I noticed the vent hose was pinched and smashed at the 90 going out of apartment. Disconnected hose and found area plugged with lint. Cleared the lint, re assembled hose and instructed customer that the unit will need proper hose installation. I only cleared as far as my hand would go so please advise maintenance to fully clear the line if problem persists. Unit back operational."
