"I tested urns and found that the unit was making a squeaking sound. I found that the rotor bolt had come loose causing noise. I removed rotor and found that the stator, rotor, slider and clutch all have visible damage. "Unit has multiple issues. First issue is that the unit was leaking. I found bottom of door glass dirty causing leak. I cleaned glass and tested. Not leaking anymore. Second issue is that it is not dispensing fabric softener. I found that the main control is sending voltage to the wrong valve at the wrong time. 3rd issue is that when it fills the water is being restricted through the coil or housing on dispenser. 4th issue is that the unit is shaking excessively caused by failed shocks. Ordering main control, both fill valves, dispenser housing and shocks. Allow 1hr on return. ; rqstng P&A on 4 W11316766 (Shock)s and 1 W11524103 (Housing) and 1 W11550453 (Cntrl elec)"

Removed and replace units wire harness which was physically broken. Soon as I plugged unit in after replacing harness the drain pump kicked on and wouldnt turn off until I physically pressed the start button for multiple seconds. Tried to initiate a new cycle and unit never went into cycle. Counted parts this morning and got a correct total. Looked everywhere but couldnt find control board. I received a different control board for customer Romero who isnt on my route today. The control board on my parts list for this call isnt the right board.
