"Through my initial visual and physical inspection, I found a unit that its temperatures are set to -5 and 33 and the unit is not cooling at all. Proceed to check compressor compartment and found an overheated compressor and condenser coils and drier as well. Called whirlpool to document and spoke with George, I have explained all my findings and he had me to perform the whole bunch of testing that also included readings an amperage draw from black wire before inverter and got 2.2 Amps. He had also asked me to tap the system but, I am unable to tap the system because I dont have enough tap valves. So without knowing exactly what to recommend, he said to come back with needed equipment to suffice whirlpool requirements.
