Call tech line and report the issues unit has. After inspection found the latch has 14 ohms of resistance between the pins withe and blue. This means the latch is detecting the door is no closing all the way. Replace the latch and retest resistance and is 0 ohms. This is the correct result. Retest the unit and now is working properly. Checked for faults and found a 0-3. I feel this comes from the unit not draining completely and trying to spin with water under the tub. I have seen this happen several times. I have either been running a service cycle or manually filling and draining when the pump was running but no or little water was coming out the drain line as if there was a restriction somewhere. I have checked the complete drain system even inspected the sump for something that could cause this but found nothing. Replaced the entire drain system.

"Cx demonstrated how opening and closing left side door scrapes against right side door,Cx was advised about how that happens based on French door design, and showed Cx how to properly open and close doors to avoid issue, also, Cx showed ice maker fill tube line protruding to de left side of unit, creating an eyesore, Cx pull unit out and that issue was also corrected to Cx satisfaction, but not French door/mullion rubbing against other door. Unit is otherwise running as designed.Job complete."

2496 code on door. No keys to get into unit. Saw there was possibly over flow from the drain but saw sock thong and scrunchie blocking the area to drain. The unit is operating as designed. Will call back if needed. Also suds. A lot of subs do to over filling detergent.. saw drain pipe was in a little to far and relocated it and zip tied it to drain pipe. It was held by black tape blocking air to drain .job completed

After replacing the suction tube I added 200 psi of nitrogen and used bubbles to check for leaks none found. I vacuumed out the system and when it came to the charging my scale is leaking profusely. I called the office and they will send me down a new scale tomorrow. Will change to 43 grams on return. ; schdld next appmnt for 11/12 TUE !
