Cannot uninstall cooktop from above. I informed the Cx that we had to uninstall the built in oven below the cooktop. I cannot complete repairs without uninstalling oven. I explained to Cx that the warranty doesnt cover the uninstallation fee for the oven and they would have to pay a $185 uninstallation fee or make the cooktop accessible for me. Wife got very upset.
