Found the optics and the ice maker working just fine. The issue is the fill spout for the ice maker frozen. I removed the ice and ran an ice maker harvest and the ice maker is now filling properly. Job completed.

Upon arrival inspected unit found unit not cooling at all Pressure tested unit at 250 psi again for 20 minutes unit dropped a little bit during my pressure test a bubble tested the unit on the exposed evaporator and on all the joints found no bubble leaks whatsoever. Also found no die from the dye dryer that was installed contacted tech-support tech-support advised me that they need a starting pressure which I did not get gave them all the other pressures. They are still advising me to re-pressurize the unit with Freon and take a pressure test with Running. It is possible that I just put a little charge on it. The first time I came I recharge the unit the unit has begun to cool advised consumer that if they have any more issues to please give us a call back job complete

"Upon arrival found unit no dispensing water on making ice. Check the unit and good flow form water supply. Check the water valves and those are working properly. Check the reservoir and is clogged with ice. Remove the evaporator and unclogged. Install the reservoir on the unit and kick connector from truck stock. Retest the unit and now is working properly. Job complete. Additional inform the customer, the way food is on the fresh food compartment is causing a poor circulation of air, this is causing the reservoir getting ice. Found the auger motor is not connected fully and causing the unit not to dispense ice. I removed the auger assembly and found a wire not connected. I reconnected it and ran the ice dispenser and that took care of the issue. The unit is now dispensing crushed and cubed ice. All other functions tested ok. Job completed.

Installed new ui. All ops now working as designed.

Found the customer was having an issue were there freezer was thawed out and not cooling. The customer unplugged there unit to reset and the temps as of today were 37-36 in the refrigerator section and 6-7 in the freezer. Possibly a control software issue. I replaced the user interface kit that comes with a new main control. The control and the latest software so this shouldnt happen again. All fans tested ok. Job completed.

"JB OUT 11/22/24Customer states washing will not rinse detergent out of clothing. At end of cycle clothing still has detergent. Upon arrival found washing machine on four wooden blocks not flat on concrete floor. Washing machine is leaning and will not spin properly. Recommend customer remove four wood blocks and install washing machine flat and level on concrete floor. tested washing machine in warm temperature setting verified water entering washtub. Canceled cycle. Tested washing machine again in only cold water setting to duplicate rinse functions. Found no cold water entering washing machine. Further inspection found molex wire harness connector to Coldwater inlet valve, not pushed all the way on valve and intermittently connecting. Corrected issue by properly installing wire harness connector to cold water inlet valve. Retested operation and verified cold water entering washing machine. Advise customer of a potential for water siphoning out of the wash as its filling as the drain hose is too low to the ground. Recommend, add to height of standing drain pipe as the standing drain pipe should be no less than the height of the washing machine control panel. This will prevent any possibility of siphoning water back into washing machine. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job Complete"

"JB out 11/22/24.Customer states the washing machine makes strange noises from day one. Sometimes does not drain all water out leaving some water in the wash tub at the end of the cycle.Washing machine has leaked water on the laundry room floor.Upon arrival found drain hose correctly tied in place into the standing drain pipe behind washer. Also found washer power cord not grounded. Unit is currently plugged into a THREE INTO TWO adapter causing unit to not be grounded. Advised customer against use of the adapter and informed that removing the ground prong poses a potential electrical safety hazard. Recommend customer has a qualified electrician replacement the old two prong outlet with a properly grounded Three Prong Power Outlet.Found using powered Tide HE TURBO Detergent, about 3/4 scoop. Recommend against HE TURBO detergent as it is too highly concentrated for this Low Fill, High Efficiency washing machine.Suggest using any brand power or liquid detergent labeled HE (No turbo). And one measured TEASPOON MAXIUM.Inspected under washing machine and found no cracked or broken hoses.Tested washer (no clothing or detergent) in NORMAL cycle.Verified correct low water level and agitation functions.No Water Leaks.Canceled wash cycle and observed proper drain function. All water was pumped out of the wash tub and no water leaks. Tested washer again in BULKY ITEMS CYCLE and MAX water level selected along with 3/4 full scoop of HE TURBO detergent and some laundry.found small among if water on floor.Reinspected and found misaligned clamp on drain pump hose.Corrected position Id clamp and re tested.No more water leakNo parts used, NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER.JOB COMPLETE"

Call tech line to report this issue and after inspection, they recommend inform the customer the amount of load, theyre are putting for steam needs to be medium size and above, this because is no enough clothing on the unit, to catch the water, form the nozzles spray, and is getting directly to the door causing the leak. Recommendations form tech line to customer is to add two big towels on the stem load if is minimum, to this towels catch the excessive water. Job complete."

Unit excessively bouncy. Found unit with worn hub and suspension. Replaced suspension and spent 2 hours breaking the agitator and removing the metal agitator hub. Finally got that removed to replace the hub and agitator. Tested. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Found dishwasher hardly used. Look new insideClamp next to drain pump was not connected properly. Repositioned hose & clamp. Dishwasher ok

CX was complaining that the unit would take a long time to dry. Upon diagnosis I found a restriction in the exhaust line. I cleared the restriction and unit is now working as designed at this time .

Fixed- found boiler drawer had popped off track causing opening/closing issues- I then reattach track into place- Drawer is now operating as designed- cx ok repair

Found both front Venturis leaking gas and reason for no ignition. Ordered Venturis. If part comes sooner please schedule for sooner if possible. ; ordrng 1 W11550283 (Left front Venturi) and 1 W10861724 (Right front Venturi)

Found the control sent is for a different model. The issue is the user interface control. It was not connected properly from the factory and shorted with the main control. Ordering both parts. ; ordrng 1 W11626077 (Control electric) and 1 W11627413 (Control electric)
