Found several thing going on. First the motor sounds very rough and will need to be replaced. Ordering all parts needed for the noise issue. Second there is no vent connected to the dryer so the dryer itself may be overheating and causing the unit to shut down. Third the unit is stacked and the washer is not level so if both are being used at the same time the shaking from the washer can affect the dryer so the customer will have that addressed. "Customer states the unit fluctuates from 38 -42 f and items like dairy spoil prematurely. The customer is using a digital thermometer that is in front of the top air tower opening. Product tested in the RC is ranging from 38-40f . The FC is -6f (ice cream) and the IM is making ice consistently in both IM. Air coming out of the tower is fluctuating from 28-33 depending on the damper state. The return air duct does not appear clogged , air flow can be felt when the door is opened and closed. Changed defrost to a standard 8 hr cycle in service mode, step 7 . Currently the unit appears to be operating as designed. "We need to require technicians to get a file number before faulting sealed system if they are not a sealed system tech this reduces confrontation while dealing with customers. on arrival temperatures are in spec 37 for refrigerator -1 for freezer unit has a full bin of ice emptying some ice and ice maker harvested this is indicating no sealed system failure. Smart HQ error codes are old and predate system running time which we can ignore those fault codes. customer states she has not experienced any temperature issues however she is not satisfied with the unit because the unit seems like it's constantly running and the customer is worried about her electrical bill and her husband believes that there is a gas leak because of what they read online and the unit does not operate like their 6-year-old side by side unit. Advise customer this is the variable speed compressor with two variable speed fan motors and depending on the call for cooling will range in tone and pitch also popping crackling hissing sizzling noises as outlined in use and care manual are normal noises of sealed system and refrigerant noises as well as defrost heater noises advised customer the unit is checking out at this time as normal operation however tech will order data loggers to monitor the temperatures to ensure proper operation, however as far as the noises the customer is concerned of we would need to be able to duplicate or if she can record the noises so we know what we are looking for. Customer states the house has to be completely silent in order for you to be able to hear the noises that she is worried about customer has tile floors and an open space layout which can cause weird acoustics for variable speed motors advise customer unit does not defrost every 45 minutes that the unit has adaptive defrost control and will adjust operation depending on each cycle. Customer seems like they do not like how the unit operates however it is more of a customer care situation than a repair situation gave customer business card and advised she can contact office to speak with management as customer wants a new unit and does not like this current unit. ; ordrng 1 Dataloggers (Data loggers)"

When arrived unit was moved to garage to facilitate more room for repair. Found slider separated. Replaced slider and clutch. Used extension cord to provide power to unit. Used diagnostics menu to test unit for spin and agitate. Unit now working as intended.

Checked out fan made sure that that was the issue. It is rattling and seems like the bearings or whatever in the fan were. Were bad replace burner replace fan tested fan is now running quietly and cooling even after doing a preheat out oven checked out all the burners make sure there was no codes. Everything passed job completed.

Found ten error codes. F315x1 3way valve active. F737 autofill. F727 door opening. F739 autofill. F740 autofill. F605 Icemaker bucket. F200 active Fz evaporator defrost error. Fz F200 defrost active. fz f202 evaporator abnormal defrost active. F316 3way valve cooling not detected. F313 convertible. Bill with tech line. Ohm out board for heater 32ohms. File 14929248. WR55X47345 main board replacement if update doesnt work. Everything came on. And unit is now cooling. Heater is starting to show. Had an update 5out5 update needed. Customer could also tell the difference. Evaporator fan WR60X32088. Defrost heater WR51X31995. Job complete after update. Unit is now functioning.

Installed new gearcase and components. Ran DLMS and diagnostic cycle. Unit complete.

Installed console and control tested unit functions as designed did not need water valve

Found the unit not producing any abnormal noises at the time of the visit. I read diagnostics and there were no issues with all moving parts. I found a loose screw and tightened it up so possibly coming from there. I recommended the customer video tape it so we have a chance to hear what it sounds like while it is happening. I ran step 3 in front of the customer and it is not the damper or evap fan. The compressor was running on arrival and sound normal to me and the customer at the moment. Possibly that loose screw but cant be sure. Job completed.

After replacing all parts listed I recalibrated the control so it knows the position of all the new components. After that I ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions of the unit are working fine now. No more abnormal noise and the unit is not leak as well. All functions restored and job completed.

Middle spray arm melted due to manifold failure and arm falling to the bottom of dishwasher. Replaced manifold and wash arm. Tested. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Found the unit leaking from the cold water valve in the machine itself. I took a photo of the leak. I replaced the faulty valve and ran a diagnostic cycle and the new lave is not leaking. All functions tested ok in diagnostic. No error codes found. Job completed.

Found the unit at -.5 low side and high is at -.2. Unit is not even equalizing . put nitrogen in and pressurize system. 160 and unit dropped downto 147 after 15 minutes. Sent in pictures of sealed system done on this. Replaced compressor and dryer. Case number 14927602. Customer should be contacted 800-386-1215. 48hour. Unit is deemed unrepairable. Job completed.

Unit has clogged venting in house preventing unit from having proper air flow. Cx advised to have house venting cleaned to improve airflow.

Found the unit only had one error code stored. F9e1. I checked the drain system and all checked ok. The only issue I found was the metal band around the slider warped and not allowing the basket to rotate properly. I replaced the slider and now in diagnostics it doesnt hesitate to spin. All functions restored after repair. The customer did show me a picture of an error message that only happens when the machine loses power. Unable to verify and ran several different diagnostic cycles. If that problem persist I would recommend an electrician because the unit itself checked ok. Found rattling coming from back of unit. Fan bracket bent and causing rattling. Adjusted into place as well as informing Cx filter has to be changed.

Inspected unit and found burners not heating red. Replaced elements and now they are getting hot. Advised Cx about how burners work and cut off. Unit is now working per design. Job complete

Removed and replaced failed lid lock assembly. Tested operation. All OK

Inspected unit and found fabric softer valve has failed to open. Replaced valves and unit is now working per design. Recalibrated unit and job complete.

Found ice makers line leaking out of water valve connection. Removed waterline cut a little piece and reconnect it
