Parts dis center. 7 weeks new version and if its older then 8 weeks could be old stock. Tech line is going to order a new relay board from Fletcher NC and sending it to customer so we can put in the board. Hopefully this will solve the issue its having. If not call back into tech line 85315499 file number. Customer will call back in and make a new appointment to put in part.
