I did find some water inside of the drip pan during my inspection I found that the spray arm on the lower rack had popped off, causing the unit to spray towards the door and not how it should be. I put the spray arm back on cleared error code and retested the unit the unit ran with no longer giving error codes and no leaks visible unit is now working as intended. Advise customer to put the dishes in dirty to always make sure jet Drive is in the unit and to If they are going to use any kind of Dawn dish soap to wash their dishes before they put them in to make sure they are thoroughly rinsed so the unit does not get contaminated with dawn, dish soap, and cause oversizing job complete"

Inspected unit and Cx says it fills but not enough. Ran diagnostic tests and unit water valve was slow. Checked screens and found hot water and cold water were only turned on barley. Turned water on fully and reran tests. Unit is working per design. Education for Cx to deep fill and fabric softener settings for better performance. Job complete
