Took off top and rear panel to check for any loose wires, hoses, or connections or anything jammed in basket. Nothing I can find interrupting the spin cycle besides I did find acu cover open causing for a harness at top to slightly hit up against top of gasket while spinning. Corrected harness and closed acu cover. Ran through max spin test 7 and unit passing through without any issues. All functions now working as designed."

"JB out 3/28/23. Customer states items in the refrigerator section are freezing in the back. Upon arrival verified freezer overloaded and vents from evaporator cover are covered with food products forcing too much freezing cold air down into the refrigerator compartment. Additionally, items in the refrigerator compartment are extending too far in the back and touching the left hand and right hand walls. Recommend reloading freezer, taking care not to block vents on the back wall of the evaporator cover, additionally, avoid pushing food items in the refrigerator section against the back wall or touching the left hand or right hand wall. Also recommend customer unplug the unit from the electrical supply every two months for the life of the product then remove the cardboard, compressor cover and vacuum and brush the condenser coil, clean from lint, dust and pet hair. This maintenance procedure will allow the refrigerator to last longer in consume, less electricity along the way. No parts are needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."
