"Customer has the temperature for the fresh food compartment set to 33F, they complain the unit takes too long to go down to that setting. The customer is using mercury thermometers in the unit to determine that. Ran diagnostics, all units ops check fine. Poured some milk in a cup and checked its temperature with a thermo coupler, it was at 34F. Pointed that to the customer, and advised them not to rely on the mercury thermometer, they usually take a while to settle and show the actual temperature, digital ones are a better option. Condenser is dirty, pointed it to the customer, and advised them to clean it at least once a year to allow the unit to work properly, and avoid the compressor from overheating. Informed the customer it is a maintenance issue, and their warranty provider does not cover the cost to do it. Customer said they will take care of it. The 7nit is working as designed."

"Checked for error codes. Fault codes 8(door latch stuck) and 13(door switch signal stuck closed) present. Performed service mode test 11(door open/closed test) and 12(door latch). Unit passed both tests. Talked to techline and tested high limit thermistor and moisture sensor. Both tests passed. Disconnected exhaust and could not replicate issue. Unit operating as designed. Job complete. If cx continues to have same issue with exhaust vent disconnected, please order main control Board and high limit thermostat."

Customer stated that the unit in cycle was not agitating. Watched customer video and agitator is barley moving. Checked unit for error codes and checked all connections. Only error code for off balance load. Ran diagnostics and found unit is agitating at slow and fast unit is also spinning. No error codes for shifter or motor. All is working good at this time.

"Removed rc doors, remove mullion frame, both middle doors, removed and replaced harness for deli drawer, removed ceiling ice maker, and evap cover, access drain and used steam gun to clear it, also pulled unit from wall to clear dual drain tube, removed and replaced ui for deli drawer. Removed and replaced filter head. Re assembled and re installed unit. It is now checking ok."

Upon arrival found unit with error code F5E3 causing failure and sending wrong information to the control board. Additional found unit with detergent dispenser leak because was uneven causing leak. Readjust the dispenser. Run unit trough diagnostic and unit passes all test at this time. Job complete
