"The unit is plugged into a 120V electrical outlet, there is a 220V power cord on the unit, but the connector was cut, and replaced with a 120V connector (plug) to be able to connect it to a regular electric outlet. Pointed it out to the customer, informed them that in order for the unit to work properly, it needs 220V power source. The unit needs to be connected to 220V electrical outlet, the power cord needs to be replaced. Found wash tub full of water and door locked. Installer had install washing machine drain hose to existing rubber hose extending out the laundry room window drain into the outside yard. Rubber drain hose extending to outside yard is blocked preventing water from draining. installer has not used the existing TEE to prevent siphon. advise customer to replace existing rubber hose extending outside laundry room window to yard because it is blocked. Additionally, the TEE device must be installed to prevent siphoning water back into the washing machine. Drain washer and verify model serial number. Tested operation with customer. It is now operating as designed. Advise customer of one time only courtesy no charge on a no defect of the appliance service call visit. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer today. "JB out 1/31/23. Customer states Oak Valley appliance repair company out January 5 and installed a replacement icemaker assembly. Customer states since icemaker replaced only a few ice cubes have been produced. Upon arrival verified correct temperatures in both refrigerator and freezer compartments. Inspected newly install icemaker and found icemaker, fewer arm, not seated directly against control module. Also found ice cubes in icemaker but no harvest cycle initiating. Manually initiated harvest cycle. Verified ice cubes did harvest and drop in to a storage bin below. Also verified water fill cycle. Unable to verify any mechanical issue today. No parts use. No charge to customer. Job complete. Note left appliance repair specialist card with customer in case of further issues regarding no ice production no charge to customer. Job complete."
