Ran diagnostics and extracted stored error code F7 E4 basket re-engagement failure fault is stored when the main control determines the shifter is not engaging the basket for spin or disengaging it for a wash removed motor Rotor and Verified slider failure install replacement slider part number W10734521. This part was on truck number 19 originally intended for job 447326 but not used for that job. Reassembled unit and tested operation with customer.
