Call tech line to report this issue and after inspection, they recommend inform the customer the amount of load, theyre are putting for steam needs to be medium size and above, this because is no enough clothing on the unit, to catch the water, form the nozzles spray, and is getting directly to the door causing the leak. Found the unit had two error codes stored. F9e1 and fa e2. I removed the error code and ran a diagnostic cycle. Half way through the diagnostic cycle the unit shut down all by itself. I went back into diagnostics and fa e2 error code came back again. Vent was just replaced but failed again. Ordering vent and control. "JB out 11/22/24.Customer states the washing machine makes strange noises from day one. Sometimes does not drain all water out leaving some water in the wash tub at the end of the cycle.Washing machine has leaked water on the laundry room floor.Upon arrival found drain hose correctly tied in place into the standing drain pipe behind washer. Also found washer power cord not grounded. Unit is currently plugged into a THREE INTO TWO adapter causing unit to not be grounded. Advised customer against use of the adapter and informed that removing the ground prong poses a potential electrical safety hazard. Recommend customer has a qualified electrician replacement the old two prong outlet with a properly grounded Three Prong Power Outlet.Found using powered Tide HE TURBO Detergent, about 3/4 scoop. Recommend against HE TURBO detergent as it is too highly concentrated for this Low Fill, High Efficiency washing machine.Suggest using any brand power or liquid detergent labeled HE (No turbo). "JB OUT 11/22/24Customer states washing will not rinse detergent out of clothing. At end of cycle clothing still has detergent. Upon arrival found washing machine on four wooden blocks not flat on concrete floor. Washing machine is leaning and will not spin properly. Recommend customer remove four wood blocks and install washing machine flat and level on concrete floor. tested washing machine in warm temperature setting verified water entering washtub. Canceled cycle. Tested washing machine again in only cold water setting to duplicate rinse functions. Found no cold water entering washing machine. Further inspection found molex wire harness connector to Coldwater inlet valve, not pushed all the way on valve and intermittently connecting. Corrected issue by properly installing wire harness connector to cold water inlet valve. Retested operation and verified cold water entering washing machine. Advise customer of a potential for water siphoning out of the wash as its filling as the drain hose is too low to the ground. Recommend, add to height of standing drain pipe as the standing drain pipe should be no less than the height of the washing machine control panel. This will prevent any possibility of siphoning water back into washing machine. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job Complete"
