Found the door strike not making enough contact with door latch. I tightened up the screws and the door is now locking. Customer is using none he soap so I recommend using only he soap. Unit is no able to start after adjusting strike.

"Checked the unit nothing wrong with the machine , for one load customer was using a full cup of soap , causing a Sudlock in the machine , tested ok , advise customer to use Affresh tablet to clear out all the buildup thats in the unit and start over and use pods one pod one wash which is easiest to measure for everybody who does use the washer, customers daughter translated this to the owner hopefully they use the machine correctly from here on out"
