Found the drain hole frozen over and built up ice in the return duct. Reason for cooling issues in the refrigerator section. I removed all the ice from the return duct as well as drain tube and now water can flow and so can air. It will take 24 hours for temps to normalize. Job completed.

"JB out 9/19/24Customer states dishwasher intermittently leaves water inside dishwasher, sump, and displays F9 one error code indicating a long drain issue. Upon arrival found installer has not used an air gap device and has used a smaller diameter rubber hose as an extension for the drain hose causing restriction. also found factory drain hose installed at drain pump caked restricting water flow exiting from dishwasher. Adjusted position of drain hose on water pump to remove restriction. Customer will install an air device per supplied installation guide from Whirlpool. Tested unit after correcting installation of drain hose at water pump. Unit now drains water properly and completely. No parts used. No charge to custom. Job complete."

"Upon arrival according with customer, unit is getting food frost on the refrigerator compartment. Check the temperatures of the unit and is 31F, when the unit coming back form defrost. Check the unit on test mode 121 for damper operation and damper dont close. This unit has a bad damper, replace the damper door. Retest and now is working properly. Additional found the unit has air gaps on the back of the shelf block with food, this is causing a decrease on the temperatures on the top section of the refrigerator. Inform this to the customer, they need have this free for any blockage, so that way unit cool properly. Job complete"

"The refrigerator would go into a defrost cycle and the heater would work. The issue is that the drain tube was blocked and every time I went to defrost it pop the door open, creating a bunch of air into the refrigerator. This was causing a partial defrost cycle and excessive frost. The other issue is the customer has a bunch of products on top of the refrigerator which could cause the Door not to shut."

"JB out 9/19/24.Customer states when dispensing ice cubes the ice dispenser makes a loud grinding noise. Upon arrival removed storage bins filled with ice cubes. Icemaker is producing cubes properly. After removing ice storage been found buildup of ice behind ice storage bin interfering with the auger gear. Removed ice buildup. Verified refrigerator was never level properly upon delivery. Unit is leading forward, allowing water filling into icemaker to splash backwards out of the icemaker during water fill portion of the cycle. Properly refrigerator tested to make sure they close properly and are aligned properly. Observed icemaker fill with water. No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Inspected condenser coils and found cleaned properly. No dust or lint. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"JB Out 9/19/24.Customer states washing machine flooded laundry room floor. Upon arrival found unit unplugged from electrical outlets. Pulled washing machine, tilted backwards and inspected all hose connections underneath washing machine. Unable to verify any damage or misaligned hoses. Unable to verify any watermarks on inside of cabinet other than that from , too much detergent splashed over the side of the tub. Inspected connections for hot and cold waterfall at faucet and machine verify any damage drain hose not properly installed, not tied in place. Installed tied down on drain hose to prevent hose from popping out of drain and possibly flooding. Selected bulky items watch cycle deep water fill option. Observed water fill in tub highest top of agitator. Watch agitate for several minutes. Able to verify any water leak at this time. Adjusted drain hose within standing drain pipe behind washing machine and tied drain hose in place with tiedown. This is done to prevent drain hose from splashing water out from drain onto floor behind washer. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer job complete."

There was an ice ball around the capillary tube and some of the ice was hitting the fan blade. I found a leak in the seal system at the coupler that ties the condenser to the heat loop. I removed the coupler and welded a sleeve to the two tubes. Recharged the system. Unit is cooling properly now. ; used 1 W11109499 (Drier) from stock

Unit not going into a spin cycle through diagnostics. Replaced actuator and tested through diagnostics and u it functions as normal.

Upon arrival inspected unit customer stated But he just wanted to know if enough ice was being made in the unit nice van was completely full. Advised him that most refrigerators take up to two days some even take three days to completely fill the bin depending on the usage of the ice I put unit into diagnostics unit gave me an E0 arrow curled for the icemaker indicating the unit has no error codes tested icebox cooling fan and all other fans unit is cooling as intended and making the appropriate amount of ice all ops are normal job complete

"Making noise when agitating during diagnostic, on closer inspection found a loose rotor screw, I reinstalled and secured rotor screw with blue loc tie, leveled all feet and calibrated unit, retested and its now agitating and spinning properly as designed , cx approved repair and service"

Found failed start relay on compressor replaced relay all tested good; used 1 W11547180 (Start device) from stock

"Installed new igniter, coils and thermal fuse. Unit now working as intended."

Found drain pump running continuously as soon as unit was turned on. Removed abc replaced units control board. Ran automatic diagnostic test cycle and then started unit up in normal. Units drain pump no longer running nonstop.

"Washer overfilling and restarting wash cycles by itself. Pressure system fault. Installed central electric and valve, performed calibration. Washer operating as designed. No leak."

Ice and water clear. Water splashing over fill cup. Ice in fill up. Cleared and ice maker is working as intended.

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F8E1, this about no water. Check the unit and found the water flow is too slow causing this error code. Check the water valve filter and was full of debris, ask the customer for any recent repairs on plumbing, and they mentioned one on the main street. Remove the debris from the unit, erase the error code. Run a test cycle and no more error codes coming back. Job complete"

Inspected unit and found right side door was not closing properly . Cam/ closer was cracked and binding on hinge. Replaced cam and unit closing per design. Job completed; used 1 W11397972 (Cam closer) from stock

Front left burner long light time. The front left burner tightened the burner head screws to allow air flow. CX confirms lights faster. All functions normal.

Call arrival inspected unit and found unit cooling was at about 11° in the freezer and 41° in the fresh Food. All fans were working ran another pressure test unit was holding pressure play at this point evacuated 4 ounces of R1 34A it is possible that I did not charge the unit enough upon my last visit. I put unit into a vacuum unit held a vacuum for 20 minutes recharged unit with 6 ounces of R1 34A advise customer to give at least 12 to 24 hours for the unit to get the temperatures job complete

Installed filter bypass and with bypass entered water is dispensing with no issues. Indicating a bad water filter.

"F0E2 F8E1, found drain hose laying on the ground contrary to the installation guide. This is causing lag in drain sometimes. Check the drain pump and its ok. Cx will be switching washer and dryer. Complete"

Unit not cooling in the fresh food section. Stopped working for a day. Cx moved food. Next day started cooling again. Cx had no issues in the freezer. Tested fans. All fans including climate control section work properly. Unit damper doors open and close properly. Ice bin is full. Only issue I found was a huge hole at the bottom of the gasket. Can cause ice build up and erratic cooling. Unit was sticking out upon arrival. Helped cx instal refrigerator. Leveled. Unit currently working as designed.
