Found the issue is in the freezer. The refrigerator temp was at 36 when set to 34. So thats good but the freezer was set to 1 degrees positive and my temp probe said 11-26 degrees. Found the evap fan for the freezer turning very slowly under normal operation. I went into diagnostics and on step 56 the fan sounds normal.
