"Customer received a few notifications that temperature had a warm spike in both fresh food and freezer sections (different times). I plugged in with my service tool and checked for codes and cycle history. No codes present. I did find that the freezer door was gettin stuck slightly open if you didnt mindfully shut it completely. The rocker switch would flip but there was still a gap keeping the door from sealing to the cabinet. I made adjustments to the door to help it close smoother. Also, I informed cx of the issue so they would be more mindful of it. I found no other issues during my inspection. Unit is running as designed. Cx will let us know if problem persists. Complete."

"Customer stated that a vibrating noise is heard when convection oven is in use at 400 degrees. Ran oven in convection at 400 degrees, no noise was duplicated during the 20 minutes of preheat and convection oven running. Advised customer that metal warps when heated and that is possibly what occurred. Unit is functioning as designed"
