Job complete. Installed brand new suspension rods. Suspension was shot. I knew this because when pushing on the center of the agitator I was able to touch the bottom of the floor which is not correct. After installing suspension now suspension is 30 and spins property without an issue.

Unit not agitating. Found unit with the screw to rotor dropped down. And unit rubbing on drain pan. Removed cover and replaced slider that was rubbing on clutch. Secured rotor. Customers complaint that unit stopped mid cycle and wouldnt drain them continued to drain two hours later. Upon arrival unit was unplugged no water at bottom.
