"Excessive lint accumulated on the blower wheel housing was causing a lot of noise as the blower fins rubbed on it. Excessive lint accumulated inside the unit, some of it had caught fire in the past. Pointed the excessive lint to the customer, provided an estimate to clean it out, the customer agreed to have the units interior cleaned out. Reassembled the unit, checked ops, the unit is working as designed, no longer noisy."
