Cx complaint unit is not leveled. Unit has no leveling legs on unit. Basic model does not have leveling legs. Cx said he never had issues before. Cx needs to level floor to fix this issue. Floor is unleveled. Cx also complaint the door has a gap on top side bigger than the lower side. Cosmetic issue. Unit is working as designed Cx said it wont have the tightest suction at times. Tested. Unit working as designed. All ops normal. Unit doors are not straight but is closing and sealing. Cx complaint is cosmetic and unit is over 6 months old. Referred to customer service.
