"The door mulln has a little rubbery flap at its bottom that helps prevent air gaps at the bottom of the fresh food section. The flap rubs on the cabinet when he door closes which causes enough friction to tear it. Ive seen this on a couple other units of the same model number. I replaced he mulln today to fix the air gap issue, however it will happen again from normal use. Cx is concerned with the longevity of the new part and getting stuck with repair costs in the future. I referred here to cx care and ensured her Id include the details and concerns in my report. Unit is now functioning as designed."
