Upon arrival found water supply has been turned off, and there is currently no water on the floor. Pulled refrigerator forward away from the wall, turned on water supply. Cycled icemaker to verify proper water fill and cultural water dispenser four or five or six glasses. Found water beginning to pull in left rear corner. Removed unit compartment cover and found John guest connection not tight and along water to drill. Correctly reinserted water fill tube into water valve at the John guest connection. Verified no more water leaks while water is running through the icemaker and water dispenser. Reassembled unit. Tested verified no leak on floor. Advise customer to remove Coil to panel grill every 3 to 4 months for the life of the product to brush and vacuum clean the condenser coils. No parts used or needed. NO CHARGE CUSTOMER.JOB COMPLETE"
