"JB out 8/26/24.Customer states fabric softener dispenser does not operate leaving fabric softener in the dispenser. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics, tested and found no stored error codes. Tested fabric softener dispenser manually verified. Water runs through dispenser. Tested machine again in regular normal cycle and found fabric softener option turned off. Checked all cycles and verified the fabric softener. Option is in the off position. Customer how to use fabric softener option on and off. Tested washer in bulky cycle verified correct water fill and agitation functions. Canceled cycle and observed correct drain and spin operation. Recommend customer use only he detergents powder or liquid with a maximum amount of teaspoon. Recommend against HE turbo detergents as they are too highly concentrated for this low fill, high efficiency washing machine No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

I could not reproduce the issue. I checked water valve, pressure hose, both drains hoses, and pressure hose. Blew into pressure hose, it blew through no plug at the pressure dome. I blew into the pressure hose covering the other end and no air pressure was leaking out. Customer says she put her hand under the washer and water present. JB out 8/24/24Customer states dishwasher is not drying the dishes. Upon arrival tested dishwasher found water being supplied to dishwasher is far below that of the required 120°F minimum. Allowed unit to run verified water and run operation. Advised customer to purchase an install a point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink set to 125°F and sipping hot water only to the dishwasher. This will solve the problem. No mechanical repair made no parts used and no charge to customer. Job complete

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F9E1, this about no draining. Check the unit and found a loose connector on the drain pump. Readjust and retest the unit, unit complete the cycle but, showing error code F3E2, this about pressure system failure. Check the unit and water pressure hose was good, replaced the control board and retest. After the test unit shows error code F7E1, this about tachometer missing or wrong signal. Replace the actuator from truck stock. Erase the error codes and retest, after the test unit doesnt show any more error codes, now is working properly.
