"The customer states the IM stopped working last Friday and has only made a few harvest when I arrived. There are no IM fault codes. As I was testing and waiting for tech support to pick up I ran more harvest and fill tests. I noticed today that the IM fill valve seemed loud. I tested with the door open and then checked the IM to see if it had fill correctly. The IM had filled to the point where it had overflowed or just came to the cusp of it. Called WPTS(7740042796) I was on hold for most of the time spoke to,the first representative and then was transferred to a senior tech @30 minutes. After doing some testing we have found that the ice bin thermistor resistance does not match my thermocouple. "Found unit displaying F7 E1 error code. This call was pseudo to me two days after I did repair on the 26th with a description saying F7 E1. When I did initial repair I tested unit out and found that A protruding piece of the drip pan was pushing up against the pulley motor cover. I let customer know that he would have to adjust his pan so that it wasnt pushing into the cover. He made these adjustments, but the unit is still displaying code.
