On arrival inspected unit. Customer stated that unit will not drain. Put unit into diagnostics only error code that the unit gave me was an F6 East six which was water temperature water to cold advise customer to make sure he runs the hot water in his Fossett before starting a cycle to ensure hot water going to the unit inspected drain line there was a possible obstruction in the drain line. I retested unit and diagnostics unit passed all tests and diagnostics and its draining as intended. Ran diagnostic three times unit drained perfectly. It is possible that the garbage disposal was full of food at the time of At the time of the cycle and did not allow unit to drain advise customer for smell to buy a fresh pods and run a cleaning cycle on the unit and do this at least once a month at the moment all ups are normal advising customers they have any more issues to please call us back job complete

Unit started up making a thumping type sound. Found a ball of stuff that also had some metal shavings in it were it clumped and scraped and thump sound in blower wheel. Put all back together and cleaned out blower wheel area and vent area. Checked heat tube and were the heat vents through. Unit even had a load in it. Now functioning as designed. Adjusted the blower wheel and made sure nothing was behind it and checked drum. Job completed

Customer indicating they are still having same issues. Plugged in GE device and found there is no faults. Or cycle history. Called techline who had me manually clear out of balance error that never showed up on GE device. And then informed me that the reason customer has fabric in the agitator at the end of the cycle. Is cause the unit isnt selected to fabric softener which only changes the rinse and not the actual spin so softener should still dispense out of the agitator during the spin. Confirmed I had programmed new board to the proper personality. Unit is working properly per techline. Found the unit not powering on. The main control does not have the indicator light while 122 volts are present at the control. Need to start with the main control. I checked the drain pump and ok at 20-21 ohms. The trip and diagnostic fee is 145.00 labor is a l14 187.92 error code and the main control cost is 361.81 with a sales tax of 31.66 so total is 726.39. Customer declined estimate. Only charging trip and diagnostic fee. 145.00

Found unit leaking. Found customer was accidentally using laundry detergent pods and not dishwasher pods. Gave customer 2 cascade soap samples and instructed customer to leave her dishes a little soiled to help break down the soap suds. Put a fair amount of ketchup inside dishwasher to help it break down its current over suds situation to get customer back to where they need to be to use unit without any issues. Unit is working properly.

"Upon arrival, inspected unit during plug in the unit in the union went straight into drain and would not stop draining unplugged unit remove top checked pressure switch found suds in pressure hose cleared suds out plugged the unit back in Unit stopped draining and was ready to start a cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics unit gave me an F3 one which is a pressure switch code put unit into diagnostic tests passed all tests and was no longer giving the error code unit possibly had an over sudsing and suds got into pressure hose causing pressure switch to trip and make the unit go into a constant drain. Unit is working as intended. Advise customer if they have any more issues to please give us a call back job complete."
