"Customer had been dealing with a different servicer. The other servicer had tapped the sealed system with a temperature valve, they would just keep adding refrigerant to the unit, they told the customer there is a leak that couldnt be found, that they added some type of sealer that would maybe take care of the leak. The temporary valve is still in place. The compressor is overheating, the temperature in the freezer was at 20F. The customer reports the fresh food compartment door does not stay closed, water is leaking from the freezer. Found the door stopper/ cam in the lower fresh food compartment door are broken, the drain tube is clogged in the freezer compartment, causing defrost water to leak onto the freezer floor, eventually leaking onto the kitchen floor. Found both water tubes cracked at the secondary water valves. Given the condition, and number of issues, advised the customer to look into purchasing a new unit instead. The customer agreed, and communicated it was something they were debating already."

"The customer reports whenever they bake, they smell a strong odor, they believe it smells like some type of chemical. When they broil, they do not notice any foul odor. Upon inspecting the unit, noticed the protective finish on the ovens floor is worked down in different areas, mainly in the center, scratches are visible, and rust is present where the protective finish is worn out. Pointed it out to the customer, and advised them whenever the bake element is energized underneath the ovens floor, the exposed metal/ rust is giving off the odor they have been smelling. Advised the customer the floor/ liner is not repairable, and it was only covered for the first 10 years. The unit is working as designed. SR 7735025364"

Theres lots of spider webs, grass and dirt everywhere including underneath, inside basket etc. unit has multiple fault codes stored, shifter failure, long fill, off balance, overloaded just to name a few. "Called TECHLINE. There are no error codes. The unit doesnt store errors. Ran a small load test with TECHLINE (found the cold water was not on, all rinses are cold) checked the unit with TECHLINE water being off could have been the main issue. Per TECHLINE an error should have occurred. Lights flashing in a pattern. Was told to inform CX if issue happens again be aware for lights flashing in a code. All ops normal."
