"Sr#7740059886 unit didnt cool properly after last repair. I arrived today and had partial frost pattern. I called tech line suspecting a leak. I gave tech line all the pressures and equalization pressures and they suspect a floating restriction caused by non compressables. They suggested that I flush system again with nitrogen, fill unit up with half charge of R600, vacuum system back down and put a fresh full charge of R600. I preformed this. Left side hinge is broken and water not draining from dispenser. I found that the left side hinge broke and damaged lid assy. Removed and replaced lid and hinge. The dispenser is missing the cap for the detergent drawer. Informed customer the insurance doesnt cover missing parts and that they can put soap directly into basket to avoid issue.

Customer concerned with noise levels of washer in spin cycle. I found that the hoses and drain hose are hitting rear panel causing very loud noise. I gave customer ideas to soften the sound of the hoses hitting the back panel and wall. I am unable to pull washer away due to drain pan. I secured drain hose inside cabinet to help with noise. All tests good.

"Checked for faults and ran a service test. 0-3( overload)0-5(unbalanced load). The service cycle seemed to work correctly. I ran a regular cycle with the EXTRA POWER modifier. I put in a small amount of the dry detergent and it oversuds. It is tide but no HE logo is on the package. Called WPTS(7740065043) who said that both codes are consumer faults. They stated both of these codes could produce a poor wash ability complaint. They have said that some clothes that are heavily stained need pretreatment, the unit MUST have HE detergent . WPTS feels the unit is operating as designed."
