Found drain hose needs to be up as soon as it goes in the wall and up and around before going to air gap. Found to much rinse aid in unit and was told if customer has soft water use powder or liquid and not much at all. The tablet had rinse aid in it and suds were on the bottom. Fixed drain hose and drain should be better now. Wont back feed into unit. Job completed. Tech line said if any issues come up to replace inlet assembly water. Job completed cleared codes also.

I installed nitrogen into the system to find out were the leak was coming from. I stared in the back where the compressor and condenser is because those were just replaced. I charged to 125 lb of pressure and the unit was not holding the nitrogen. No leaks found in the back compartment. I opened the freezer evaporator and no leaks found there. I accessed the fresh food evap and found when I took the cover off the capillary tube was not in the housing so when the evap cover was put in it was pinching it between the housing and cover. Found thats were the leak was coming from. When I moved the capillary tube a little it cracked even more. Called tech line to give them my findings and the unit is not repairable. Sr# 7733834522.

LEDs in the fridge and the one in the Fc are off. Tried to remove the Fc LED but found it is foamed in. Allied WPTS(7733867461) to let them know what I was finding. While ion the phone with WPTS is was able to get the front of the LED module down far enough to take pictures. I can not pull the LED out enough to use the LED rework kit the wires are completely foamed in and are not accessible. WPTS documented this and said this is not repairable they have given me an SR # to give to the customer so than can contact the insurer for resolution.

The wire mesh has led to the vent being completely clogged with lint, not allowing for the unit to cycle properly. Pointed it out to the customer, and instructed them to replace the exterior vent outlet, or to remove the wire mesh from it. Best thing will be to replace it, given the flap that keeps the vent closed when the dryer is not in use, is missing. The unit is working as designed."

"F1e5(mw inverter) error code present. called techline. Techline told me to test inverter by disconnecting inverter and run mw. If microwave runs without error codes and does everything but heat, Inverter is faulty and replace inverter and magnetron. Upon removal of console, I saw transformer is caked in grease and making a buzzing sound in standby. Transformer has shorted and needs to be replaced. Unit might have multiple failures. Transformer has been discontinued and no longer available. Repairs cannot be made. Job complete. SR# 7733496525"

"Replaced freezer door. Found the wrong size tubing was used for the water dispenser connector, instead of a 5/16 tube, a 1/4 tube with a 5/16 flare at the end was in place. The water tube would not make a good connection, prompting water to leak when dispensing water. Called the technical department and reported issues and findings. Tech line informed me factory is aware of the wrong size tubing being used when manufacturing the doors, and have been working to correct the issue. Tech line advised to either replace the dispenser water tube, or to cut the end of the tube to expose the 1/4 inch diameter, and to use a 1/4 to 5/16 water coupler, to check for leaks, if no leaks to deem the unit working as designed.SR 7733871240"
