Waited until cycle ended verified all clothes are spun smoothly and water was well extracted leaving clothes ready for dryer. Remind customer to use a 1 teaspoon measuring spoon for detergent and to add more clothes in washer. Washer is designed for a wash load that fills the drum 80-90% full. Found two issues. First the water valve open. Reason for not dispensing and making ice. I replaced the filter and that took care of that. I noticed the condenser fan was not running. Found the cardboard air deflator blocking fan from turning. I adjusted the cardboard and is no longer hitting fan and fan is now running. All functions now tested ok. Job completed.
