Check burner on the lowest point, and run leak detector by the nubs and the back of the unit, found a leak on the left front burner, between the cooktop and burner, check the burner and was loose causing the failure. Retest the unit and now is working properly Additional customer states the unit has a pinch sound by the nub of the oven. The unit shakes uncontrollably in spin. The suspension is loose and the basket has excess movement. I do not hear the liquid in the counterbalance of the basket either. The Washplate is stuck to the gearcase and the top ring is broken. The Washplate will have to be broken off to inspect under it . This will damage the gearcase. The belt is slipping on the pulley. Replaced the suspension and tested because that is all I could do without damaging the unit and requiring additional parts. The unit still becomes unbalanced and will need additional parts.; ordrng 1 W10849477 (Top ring) and 1 W10752283 (Washplate) and 1 W10752719 (Basket) and 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam assembly) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)
