Checking pins to make sure they are fine. All pushed in. File number Paul tech line # 85519337. Customer care # for customer just in case. 800-374-4432. Took panel off and found harness wasnt plugged in all the way. Found 2 wires were not plugged in and not clicked in. Fix issue and both burners work now. Customer was concerned do to the fact unit is so new. Talking to tech line is was the issue and fixed. Tested unit and burners are working correctly now. Tech line was right the harness plug was the issue. Job completed.
