"Upon arrival, according with a customer steam was coming off from the unit into the floor on the right side bottom of the unit. Checked the unit and found the door seal was a little bit pinch causing failure. Readjust the door hinge this one was lose causing the same situation. "JB out 5/10/23. Remove existing icemaker fill tube, found blocked with ice. installed replacement icemaker fill tube. Or two. Reassembled unit and reinstalled icemaker. Ran diagnostic test number 97 which manually added water to icemaker tray. Removed icemaker verified proper water fill function. Replacement part carries a one-year warranty against defective part and the job carries a 90 day warranty for labor job complete"
