JB out 10/17/24.Install replacement user interface control board part number WH22X37158.Program personally code number three. Verified using SmartHQ program code is stored. Also verified model and serial number are stored. Remove SmartHQ device. On selected normal colors wash cycle. you need begin wash cycle and after about five seconds shut down. Tested again with same response shut down. Installed General Electric Smart school diagnostic device. Verified that now model number is serial number are no longer written to main. Successfully rewrote model number of serial number and personally a second time. verified no error codes on the SmartHQ device. Remove SmartHQ device. Attempted to wash in cycle. Unit powers up as normal. Drain pump runs for about 10 seconds. Unit shut down. Contacted General TAG. Spoke with representative who recommended replacing both the user reader face board and the main control board at the same time. Re-ordering both boards. ; ordrng 1 WH22X37297 (MAIN CONTROL BOARD) and 1 WH22X37158 (USER INTERFACE 900)

Found the dryer running but no heat. No glowing from the igniter. I removed the top and front panel and checked all fuses and thermostats. They all checked ok then I checked the flame sensor and gas coils and checked ok. I jumper the belt switch and ran the unit after making sure all connections were made and the unit started heating. I reinstalled all panels and checked for cycle of the gas valve and cycled just fine. 155 is the temp it get to now. All functions are now working properly. Job completed.
