"JB OUT 1/9/25Customer states dryer takes several hours to dry clothing and it still doesnt dry completely. Upon arrival inspected exhaust ducting found flexible foil type ducting use recommend it be replaced immediately with a rigid metal type ducting to prevent a potential risk of five.The extended service contract provides for repair to the dryer itself and not installation corrections.Removed existing ducting behind dryer to find a large amount of lit buildup and almost 1 gallon of water, indicating the ducting inside the wall of the house leading to the exit at the roof is blocked. Recommend customer contact a professional duct cleaning service to clean the duct inside the wall to the roof so that the dryer can again exhaust to the outside of the house and operate properly.Empty water and auto ducting and reinstall temporarily until customer and have a duct service come out and clean the duct inside the wall, going to the roof of the house and possibly replace the exhaust ducting material No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Complete"
