"Upon arrival found unit with low ice production, check the unit temperatures and is set to 35F and -1F, check with meter and this temperatures are correct on the unit. Run the unit on test mode and found E5 on test 56. This means the ice maker thermistor is bad. Replace the ice maker with truck stock, retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Inform the customer they need wait at least 24 hours for ice production. Additional the light on the freezer was loose causing the no lights on top section.
